Re-Roofing an Existing Building

All roofs eventually wear out

Sun, rain, wind – your roof protects your home from all the elements but as time passes, it gets tired and less effective.

A new roof not only stops moisture from seeping into your structure; it adds curb appeal and makes your home more attractive to potential buyers, communicating your attitude to overall maintenance.

We are members of the Roofing Association of New Zealand.

We were thrilled to have the opportunity to re-roof this elegant school house at The Lost Spring Thermal Pools & Day Spa, Whitianga. This fully restored old beauty houses the sites restaurant.

Removing the old roofing material revealed the beautiful wooden craftmanship of this historical building, which was originally Whitianga’s primary school.

The COLORSTEEL ® Endura "Pioneer Red" corrugate profile is a nod to the past but really pops amongst the lush tropical gardens.
